No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.A confirmation email serves as your official donation receipt.

Donations are not restricted to individual medical care or specific outcomes unless clearly designated in writing.

Status Unknown does not store full credit card or payment details.
Because donations are immediately applied to nonprofit operations and programs, donations are generally non-refundable.
If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us as soon as possible at the email below. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a donation fails to process or is disputed through a payment provider, the issue will be handled in accordance with the provider’s policies.
